Protocol Overview

Six-day protocol to stimulate bile production and flush gallstones and liver congestion using apple juice/malic acid preparation followed by olive oil and citrus juice cleanse. Claims to release hundreds of "stones" (controversial whether actual gallstones or saponified oil).

Protocol Steps

Days 1-5: Drink 32 oz fresh organic apple juice daily (or 1500mg malic acid in water) to soften stones

Day 6: Eat light breakfast, no food after 2pm

6pm: Dissolve 4 tbsp Epsom salt in 24 oz water, drink 6 oz (first serving)

8pm: Drink second 6 oz Epsom salt serving

9:45pm: Mix 4 oz olive oil with 6 oz fresh citrus juice (grapefruit/lemon)

10pm: Drink oil mixture quickly while standing, lie down immediately on right side with knees up for 20 minutes

Next morning 6am: Drink third Epsom salt serving

8am: Drink fourth Epsom salt serving

10am: Resume light eating with fruit juice

Expect multiple bowel movements releasing green/tan "stones"
